After having carved a niche for ourselves in the textile business, our chairman A.V. Netaji Mudaliar and his team, in 2009, saw the need for a customer-driven builder and property developer in Chennai. He put together a team of experienced project managers, engineers and building contractors to meet this need and Green Leaves was formed.
Keeping in line with the core values of our parent company to provide customer satisfaction, Green Leaves Developers was founded on the principles of delivering excellent workmanship in a professional, economical and timely manner.
